Starting university in English can be overwhelming if you’re faced with dense articles and textbooks. In just 10 interactive sessions, you’ll learn proven strategies to:

• Save hours on your readings by skimming a 650-word academic text in under 3 minutes.
  
  
• Evaluate any argument with confidence—spot supporting and opposing details at a glance.
  
  
• Speak and write about data like a pro, interpreting graphs, charts, tables and infographics.
  
  
• Demonstrate your understanding with clear 3-sentence summaries perfect for essays and discussions

Course details

• 10 lessons, 90 minutes each
• Schedule: Tuesdays and Fridays from 10:00 to 11:30 CEST
• Duration: From 25th July to 29th August 2025
• Platform: Online via Zoom

How it works

• Minimum Level: B2+

• Join live sessions online—actively practise techniques on university-level academic-style texts.
• Apply your skills immediately to readings from your own courses.

Important Information

• Class Size: The course will only start if at least 6 participants enroll, with a maximum of 10 students so that everyone gets personal attention.
• Device: To fully participate, it's recommended to use a computer (laptop or PC). Tablet access is possible but not ideal. Smartphones are not permitted.
• Camera & Microphone: To ensure a productive learning environment, active participation and camera/mic use are required. Students who don’t meet these expectations may be removed from the course without a refund.
